Hi! I’m glad you found Spiritual Life Coaching. If you are here, you might be exploring ways to connect with your life a little deeper, reduce stress, find organization, build or repair relationships, heal from trauma or grief, or make a transition that requires direction and planning. I welcome you as a unique individual and the work we could begin is your journey. Included in a 4 hour package plan, you will meet with me for 4 one hour sessions as frequently as you prefer. To help you on your journey, you may also receive discounts on events and Energy Healing Work, and opportunities to attend 4 classes. All these additional benefits to the 4-hour package plan are available by choice and we make these part of your exploration. I’m here to support you and gently guide you to find your way - your dharma. If this seems like it might be what you are looking for, please register for either a one-hour or a 4-hour package option.
