Morning is a time when our bodies and minds want to slow down to rejuvenate for our day. These morning meditation practices are a great way to gently ease into the daylight hours with a sense of inner peace making us ready for whatever shows up in the day. We will hold our space in the present moment as each moment brings us deeper into a centered way of being. Each practice will begin with a 7- minute gentle preparation including pranayama (breath), and a reading from the Upanishads for intention focus. When we feel settled, we will begin a silent meditation gently guided with short, occasional reminders to help us refocus and slip into a deeper meditation.
