Sunrise Meditation: Bhakti, Self (T)
Service Description
Morning is a time when our bodies and minds want to wake slowly and gently enter our day. These morning meditation practices are a great way to softly ease into the daylight hours with a sense of inner peace making us ready for whatever shows up for us in our day. We hold space in the present moment as each moment brings us deeper into a centered way of being. Each practice will begin with a 7- minute gentle preparation including pranayama (breath), and a reading from the Upanishads for focus. When we are settled, we begin a silent meditation gently guided with short, occasional reminders to help us refocus and slip into a deeper meditation.
