In addition to being gentle, it brings the body into alignment to support youas you release stress and when you find your pose when when practicing on the mat. Somatic Movment on chair is great for developing the breath, movement flow, flexibility, balance, form, and strength. It's a full body, mind, breath, and community expeirence Challenge yourself and try new movements and poses that a chair helps you realize! We also explore simple and applicable Ayurvedic practices that support the body as we follow the cycles of the Moon and the seasons. We activate our Marma Points, and create awareness of the importance of diet and Ayurvedic rituals and practices based on your Dosha. Fall in love with chair yoga!
