We start with slow and gentle movement to find our way to long held poses, with plenty of props for comfort. Each pose may include an occasional short guided meditation or sound healing to ease you into your experience. Explore one of the deepest journeys of mind, body, and soul. You might even fall asleep. No worries because this luxurious event is live streamed and you can be comfortable in your personal sacred space and dream. Add relaxed, calm, and restored to your weekly practice. Feel the glow!
