Service Description

Join us each week for a deep journey into the inner world of meditation.  Every week we feature a different method, led by experienced teachers and practitioners.  Watch the schedule to find your favorite method, or join us each week and explore the menu: Zazen, Open Heart, Yoga Nidra, Vipassana, Forgiveness, Loving Kindness, Guided and Visualization, Kundalini and more. We learn, practice, and share experiences in a community of compassionate meditation practitioners.  We invite you to try meditation!
