Vinyasa Yoga, as a complete morning practice, can shift your perspective and change your life bringing you into harmony with the breath. Riding on the breath, Vinyasa Yoga opens your awareness to the flow in all your daily activities. Vinyasa means “flow with defined beginnings, middles, and endings.” We move through the asanas with continuity, each posture or pose riding on the breath from one to the next. This is a gentle flow class that holds space for reflection and awareness. The truth is; waking up to practice yoga can be a challenge and when meeting the challenge, your body, mind, and soul thanks you afterwards. At the end of practice you will feel ready to finish your week with grace and calm.
