Hatha Yoga Short Takes refresh the body, mind, & soul with a brief wholistic practice. We have time for Pranayama, deep connection with the Inner Truth which we draw through the Asana experience. Warm-up and cool-down are included to maximize the practice and minimize the potential of injury or soreness. Hatha Yoga Short Takes are designed to be a complete yoga experience grounded in breath and mindful meditation. Hatha Yoga Short Takes are ideal if the schedule is tight or if you plan to follow-on with a workout, walk, run, any athletic sport activity, or a busy workday. Or you can piggyback the Hatha Yoga Short Takes with an hour-long class to deepen your existing practice.
