Service Description

We are excited to continue our journey with you with another Meditation Retreat. The time will pass quickly as we move into stillness and silence. The first hour is simple, slow, and gentle yoga with breathwork (pranayama and asanas) to prepare our bodies and minds for meditation. If 3 hours sound long, no worries! We have a variety planned and the time will fly by! We will practice silence (Mauna), walking meditation, Kundalini (subtle bodies), journaling, a guided meditation for balancing the chakras, and sound healing; all with a focus on mindfulness. Take a mid-Winter break and join us!
