Service Description

Morning Sun Hatha Yoga asks you to find your internal peace through movement riding on the breath. Gentle movement, mindful and flowing, starts your day with balance and focus. We will use props as needed to help you arrive at your present moment deeply embodied with mindful awareness. Your class starts with gentle movements that bring flexibility and harmony into the body, mind, and soul. Then we move into a gentle flow with movements guided by the breath. You will practice short, slow asana sequences with pauses to reflect, adjust, and adapt your pose to find deeper meaning in your practice. Find yourself on the mat in Morning Sun Hatha Yoga.
