Service Description

Have you wanted to try Yoga and find that classes don’t fit your schedule or group classes might be confusing or overwhelming? Maybe you love practice and would like a practice designed just for your body, mind , & soul. In each lesson, we explore Hatha Yoga poses, Somatic Movements, and Pranayama (breath work) that align specifically with your dosha and physical requirements. These 60-minute lessons can be scheduled with flexibility. At the end of the 4 lessons, you will receive 2 recordings created for you.
