Our breath carries our prana (life force) to nourish and provide life to our bodies. Many of us may hold our breath, breathe through the mouth when stressed, breathe shallowly, or we may have other habits that deprive the body of our healthy life force. Join us for 20 minutes to explore the breath. We will practice simple pranayama methods, used for centuries. Pranayama practice builds a healthy breath habit that you can use any time you feel stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, fearful, or just “out of sorts” to find your calm inner peach.
