I am from the Usui Ryoho Reiki lineage and find Reiki energy to be healing, restorative, relaxing, and beneficial to the body, mind, spirit, and soul. Reiki can clear energy blocks and minimize pain and maximize healing time. Your Reiki session will include a few questions about you, a deep meditation with Reiki focused on your specific needs, and time to share.
