Trudy will guide you through restorative poses, held long enough for you to explore stillness as you experience Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a deep practice that is thousands of years old. It quiets the mind and body so you can rest while still in a waking state. Yoga Nidra restores much like a good night’s sleep and you will leave the class feeling refreshed.
