The vibration of sound nourishes and resets and the soul, mind, and body. I invite you to enjoy Sound Healing in the privacy of your home. Find a comfortable location where you can lay down, maybe with candles, incense or oils, crystals, or whatever creates a meditative sacred space. Sound Healing is often a Moonrise Special Topic and is always included in the New Moon and Full Moon ceremonies. Look in the Moonrise Special Topics schedule each month. Also, the video library has longer selections with various instruments to help deepen your meditation.
