Service Description

Chair yoga might sound easy, but you might be surprised!  In addition to being gentle, it brings the body into alignment to support you to find your pose when when practicing on the mat.  Chair yoga is great for developing the breath and movement flow, flexibility, balance, form, and strength.  It's a full body experience: Body, mind, breath, and community.  Challenge yourself and try new poses that chair helps you realize!  We also explore simple and applicable Ayurvedic practices that support the body as we follow the cycles of the Moon and the seasons. We activate our Marma Points, and create awareness of the importance of diet and Ayurvedic rituals and practices based on your Dosha. Fall in love with chair yoga!
