Service Description

Sadhana is a defined consistent practice that provides opportunities for self-inquiry, contemplation, resulting in a calmer mind and a more centered approach to living. Start your day with a morning Sadhana that revitalizes and energizes. Sadhana practices are varied and may consist of meditation, asanas, mantra, yantra, pranayama, connection to your inner Self with aspirational readings, and the use of a mala. The daily In Balance Life practices help us define the nuances of our Self-awareness. The Wednesday In Balance Life practice gives us time to integrate these varied practices and find the deepest connection to Self. With daily focused practice, we begin to expand our ability to minimize our limiting beliefs so we can fully realize “who am I? and “what is my dharma?” with a sense of inner peace preparing us for whatever shows up in our day.
