Sunrise Somatic Movement & Yin Yoga

I love this morning class! By mid-week our bodies are feeling tight from our daily activities and stressors. Somatic movement is a great whole-body experience that goes deep; moving fascia, relaxing muscles, and releasing emotions stored in the body. Moving slowly with mindful awareness and compassionate focus, we move the entire body into comfort and ease. Each week we explore a Yin pose to open joints creating more flexibility and range of motion. Then we begin to move into a gentle flow that brings us back to center and energizes us for the rest of the week. If Somatic Movement is new to you, I invite you to join us. Your body will thank you!
