Service Description

Yantras have been used in India as far back as 11,000–10,000 years BCE. If you have been practicing Mantras, often these Sanskrit syllables are inscribed on yantras, and represent our intentions or thoughts as "thought forms" adding to the meditation focus with the vibration of the mantra. Yantras are used for specific meditation benefits, such as increased focus, deeper meditation, or protection from harmful influences. Aiding meditation, yantras focus us on the central point of the visual image, the bindu. Each yantra typically has several geometric shapes radiating concentrically from the center, including triangles, circles, hexagons, octagons, and squares.
