Service Description

Have you always enjoyed Yoga Nidra and would like to bring Yoga Nidra into your teaching repertoire? Leveraging her background in broadcasting, education, and singing, Trudy has been leading Yoga Nidra in person and online for over a decade! This online workshop will dive into the research, fine tune your delivery, explore traditional and “modern” practices, offer ideas to bring a deeper experience to your students, and help you create the perfect environment for in person and/or online classes. This 4.5 hour workshop is a combination of lecture, dialogue, brainstorming, and practice! Explore learning and practicing the restorative practice of Yoga Nidra and earn 3 CE credits!
