End your week with a morning practice to bridge into the weekend. Flexibility is key to this practice. We focus on areas of tension; spine, hips, shoulders, neck, jaw, feet, and hands - the whole body. Warm up includes compassionate movement guided by the breath, transitioning to longer held poses to help release muscle tension and increase joint flexibility. This practice is guided with you in mind. We focus our practice on what each individual requests that morning with props and modifications to create a comfortable yet challenging yoga experience for everyone.
