Service Description

Start your day with a morning meditation that revitalizes and energizes with Mantras and Mudras. We will explore the use of a Mala and many Mantras and Mudras with varied intentions. Morning meditation practices are a great way to gently ease into the daylight hours with a sense of inner peace making us ready for whatever shows up in the day. We will hold our space in the present moments as each moment brings us deeper into a centered way of being. Each practice will begin with a 7-minute gentle preparation including pranayama, (breath), mudra and an intention for the day. When we feel settled, we will begin a 10-minute Mantra meditation gently guided with music to help us refocus and slip into a deeper meditation.
