Reiki for Body & Mind

Service Description

I am from the Usui Ryoho Reiki lineage and find Reiki energy to be healing, restorative, relaxing, and beneficial to the body, mind, spirit, and soul. Reiki can clear energy blocks and minimize pain and maximize healing time. Reiki energy is outside time and space so it travels to you during your session. We will connect either on Zoom or phone and the session will be entirely live streamed and in the moment for you. Your Reiki session will include a few questions about you, a deep meditation with Reiki focused on your specific needs, and time to share.
