Join Casey to complete your weekend and prepare for your upcoming Monday morning! Each week Casey reaches deep into Hatha Yoga to bring you a combination of all levels to open your body, mind, and spirit with gentle poses and then challenging your practice with a few deeper yoga experiences to gently grow your practice. She leads you through the practice with grace and humor and always providing modifications and permissions for you to try new poses with a compassionate approach to your body’s unique response to the asana.
