Service Description
Our breath carries our prana (life force) to nourish and provide life to our bodies. Many of us may hold our breath, breathe through the mouth when stressed, breathe shallowly, or we may have other habits that deprive the body of our healthy life force. Join us for 20 minutes to explore the breath. We will practice simple pranayama methods, used for centuries. What does it mean to find your inner light, sound, and Truth? What does it mean to surrender or let go? How can we meditate if meditation is “not doing?” Who do you discover when you meditate with the question, “who am I?” Let’s practice together and explore the answers to these age-old questions and experience the radiance if our uniques light ray and sound vibration!Pranayama practice builds a healthy breath habit that you can use any time you feel stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, fearful, or just “out of sorts” to find your calm inner peach. Start your day with breath, sound, and light practices and feel the difference!
